MINUTES of the MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE Meeting held at Henfield Cricket Club on Tuesday 29th November 2005 

Present: N Teague (Chairman), N Nolan (Secretary), R Prokopowicz (Treasurer), L Claydon (Competitions Secretary), P Tolchard (Results/Press Secretary) and representatives from each member club with the exception of Arundel, Crawley, Crawley Eagles, Ifield and Ram. There were no apologies. 

The Minutes of the Management Meeting held on September 27th 2005  were approved and signed by the Chairman Norman Teague. There were no matters arising.

Correspondence : 

A phone call from Billingshurst C.C enquiring about the pyramid structure had been received. Mr. Teague said that he is waiting to hear back from the Sussex Cricket League and this is likely to be in the new year.

E-mail from West Blatchington wishing to join the League. Mr. Nolan to reply stating there are no vacancies at present.

Continuing requests from ball suppliers. Clubs wishing to trial. Mr. Bob Warren asked wether we can ask for trials to be used in the Cup competition. Mr. Nolan to write to suppliers to ask for mass bulk trials.

The meeting began at 9.06pm and finished at 9.15pm.

The next Management Committee (all clubs) meeting will be held on Tuesday April 11th at Henfield C.C commencing at 8pm.
